Updated - 3/16/21 We used Luke and Mega Solutions previously for our staircase and called on them again to install hardwood floors in our living room and ceramic tiles in our entry way. Another incredible job by Slawek, Mark and Luke! We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work, professionalism, responsiveness (I could go on and on...). I can't recommend Mega Solutions enough!! Luke and Slawek did an FANTASTIC job remodeling our staircase! The quality of work and the craftsmanship is incredible. I would highly recommend Mega Solutions for any kind of remodeling project in your home! Luke is incredibly responsive and provides all services at a very fair price. We hired Luke and company to install vinyl siding on our main house and external sunroom and couldn't be happier with the experience. Communications were excellent. Luke let us know the status of the project each step of the way without us having to reach out. His workers were always on time and were amazing to watch. They cleaned up not just at the end of the project, but each day before they left. Attention to detail was amazing. I honestly can't think of one thing I would change with the whole engagement. Would highly recommend Mega Solutions to anyone looking for a trustworthy, conscientious and reasonably priced home contractor. Luke has been so wonderful! We had some unusual issues pop up with our roof, and Luke very graciously came out to investigate several times, even though it's been a couple of years. (And here's the kicker: it was the fascia board, not even what he worked on, yet he still fixed it! Amazing customer service!) Oh, and of course, the work itself... the contract was straightforward and easy to understand and he worked within the insurance budget. The crew was prompt, worked quickly, and protected my shrubbery from falling shingle pieces. My husband the perfectionist handyman says the roof looks perfect, lined up evenly, no overhang, spot on. Just did a whole house of windows with Mega Solutions. Could not be more impressed! There were no delays, no errors, and a clean review from the city inspector. Now those are things I expect from a contractor, but I did not expect: - Friendly and responsive service from Luke (late night email response!) - Flexibility around how I wanted the project done - A very skilled yet careful crew who did not waste even an inch of the material I chose to provide (pre-finished casing myself) - Luke's choice of vinyl window was by far the best combination of product quality and value. I cannot say enough great things about Luke and his crew from Mega Solutions! I hired them after seeing the amazing job they did on my friend's kitchen remodel (which included a house addition). Luke is simply the best, and so easy to work with. He is very reliable and helpful (always responded quickly to my texts and phone calls, kept me updated with the schedule of work to be done each week, and made good suggestions when I was unsure or undecided about something). He stayed right within the promised time frame and was always very mindful of my budget. All the workers that were here did a tremendous job and far exceeded my expectations!! I have worked with Mega solutions Inc many times. Each and every time I was impressed by the quality of the work that they had provided. They have good pricing. The crew of workers who came in were polite, complete good quality work, completed the work in a timely manner, and they did an excellent job cleaning up any debris. My most recent project was to replace windows on a three season porch. I am close to a busy street and had noise concerns, airflow concerns, and of course budget concerns. Luke was very patient and had many good ideas. He helped me to find the right configuration for the windows that meet my specific needs for the new windows. In the past they have helped me remodel my kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, helped complete a siding project with windows at my previous home. They have done a good job each and every time. Luke and his teams installed a new roof and replaced 18 windows on my 30 year old home. He explained everything to me in detail during the initial consultation. The work was performed efficiently, cleanly and the quality of the materials and professionalism was excellent. The shingles were rated Class 4 Impact Resistant and qualified me for a discount on my homeowners insurance! The windows were high quality, argon filled, double hung and now allow me to safely clean their exteriors from inside my home. Best of all, Luke had mentioned to me that outside noise would be reduced after their installation. Sure enough, a day after their installation, I noticed a significant reduction in street noise inside my home. I plan on recommending Mega Solutions to anyone needing their services and you will not regret choosing Mega Solutions for your home. ~ Robert M

We saw a recommendation for Mega Solutions on the Nextdoor app so we had them remodel our master bathroom in Sep. 2019. We thought so highly of their work that we selected them for major renovations just this past month. They installed all new hardwood floors, replaced all interior doors, replaced all door/window trim, replaced all baseboards, installed new hardwood staircase, installed new sliding patio door and painted all kitchen cabinets - a very large overall project. Luke and his team were excellent! They were punctual, courteous and professional. We actually looked forward to interacting with his team of professionals each day. The most important observation I noted was the details of their work. Luke was here almost every morning, laid out the plans on a daily basis and then inspected every aspect of the job on a regular basis. I highly recommend Mega Solutions for any renovation or construction needs. ~ Kent D

We stumbled across Mega Solutions by accident, and it was the best 'mistake' we ever made! Luke was prompt in arriving, detailed in his estimate and offered solutions to many of our problems. We've been in our house for 17 years, and were never able to open some of the windows. Not only do we have new windows now, the peeling soffits and fascia have been repaired and covered, and the awful composite siding is both covered and insulated. The house is so much warmer! The crew was meticulous and friendly despite horrible weather conditions. And Luke kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. ~ Michelle P

Luke did work for us last year (my husband’s review is below) and we were extremely happy. This year we had more work and Luke was our first and only call. Luke showed he can handle any project beyond just windows and doors and the other items he has noted on his website. We had Luke rebuild 3 sets of stairs for us, pour a concrete walkway, wrap our front porch columns and paint our front door. Everything came out perfectly. Especially the stairs which was by far the hardest part (pics below). We are so happy with everything and Luke is always going to be a contractor for any work we need in the future. ~ Tamara C

We used Luke and his team to renovate our family room, Mudroom and powder room. Their prices were competitive and they were very professional. As a interior designer I have worked with many general contractors, and this group was one of the best. From the beginning of the project to the end, Luke and Jack were were in constant communication and the project was quick and painless. Their work is excellent and they pay very close attention to details. We will definitely be referring them as well as using them on several other projects in our home. One of my friends recommended Mega Solutions for some work on my house. I needed new gutters, some roof work, and some fascia work. Luke came out the day after I called him and was very professional, really nice, explained in detail what he needed to do and had a quote put together before he left. He also gave me a quote on some siding work that I need to get done. After accepting the quote, I learned that he did 3 other houses next to my friend's place and all those people had nothing but praise. We have had Luke and Mega Solutions out on two occasions now!!! First we had our Windows replaced and they did a phenomenal job coming in very affordable!! They also replaced all of the wood around our garage door!!! Looks AMAZING!! Just recently we called them back out to replace all of our soffits and fascia around the house!!! Once again, they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! They were on time, got the job done and cleaned up like they were never there!! I just can’t say enough about Luke and Mega Solutions!!! I had Luke from Mega Solutions install my windows in 2019. Today while I was cleaning my windows, I caused the top window to go off track and it kept sliding down. I tried fixing it by myself but couldn't get both inner springs to align at the same height. I called Mega Solutions, Luke answers right away, I explained the issue, text pictures, he is at my house within the hour! He places the window back on track in seconds and then teaches me (again) how to properly open, close, take out windows to avoid any further issues. He then asks me to do a return demonstration so he knows I fully understand and am doing it properly. He is awesome. I expected to pay him for this service call. He doesn't charge me! I couldn't believe it . He has great customer service. He really cares about his customers , not just new customers but past customers which is astonishing to me in today's world. I needed some last-minute siding repairs made on my home. I called several roofing, window, and siding companies in the area and not one answered the phone on a Friday. I finally found Luke at Mega Solutions and am very glad I did. Luke not only answered my late afternoon phone call but also came out right away and got the repairs done in a jiffy. Had 6300 Windows series installed today. Luke and his team were awesome. Luke was very helpful from the start and honest with me. He made the whole process easy in getting earl of the necessary permits in place. They were very clean and punctual and removed all debris appropriately. I think it’s too early too tell in regard to energy savings but the windows seem to be a very good quality product so far. I would highly recommend this company to others. Luke ands crew at Mega Solutions installed 5 windows in our sunroom. Delivery was quick and the installation was was done in a timely fashion and look fantastic. Luke was easy to work with and very professional. He kept us up to date with the process and worked with us on the installation date as we were out of town when the windows were ready to be installed. We used Luke previously for window installation, I contacted him for a estimate for our siding. He was efficient and timely with the whole process, he answered all our questions and we signed the contract. He was able to complete the job quickly and it looks great, huge improvement on our home. Luke and his staff are most amazing, wonderful, professional, clean, accurate, detailed, and neat people I've ever met. They installed all 5 huge windows super fast not even 3 hours.
